She is seriously one of my favorites! She has the cutest chubbiest cheeks, i just want to eat them. And I love that her mom and I have become such good friends. It doesn't even feel like work to take her pictures, Its just fun to sit and chat and try all the new things I have been thinking of. Mikelle put so much effort into this shoot... I love love love the onesie and this Cake thing is to die for! Seriously people.. its a must do! Thanks so much! This was too much fun!

The Story Family

I know it has been a while. And don't be deceived. I have been beyond busy with trying to get caught up and all that. I think I can officially say that I am caught up, feeling good and finally ready to enjoy the holiday. This family has had their pictures for over a week now, but I am just getting to putting them on the blog now.
They are such a beautiful family. Sequoia is simply a doll. I just love how petite she is. These were so fun to take.. even though it was beyond cold! Sequoia braved it well. She had a few fits but honestly I can't blame her.. it was soooo cold. We finished up with my studio and I am so loving my new backgrounds i have been using. They are too fun!

Baby its cold outside...

Its cold... and the perfect solution to getting your pictures done and not freezing are a mini shoot. You can either choose outdoor or indoor pictures... I will edited between 35 and 40 pictures and you will get them in time to give them as gifts for Christmas and get your christmas card out! Limited space available between December 9th and 16th. You must schedule by December 7th to get the great deal. These spots are going to go fast so don't delay!

The Corotan Family

There is no one that knows how to work a camera like this family. I took a few of them last year as part of a larger family shoot and was so excited when they wanted to me to do a full shoot this year. They are simply gorgeous and so comfortable in front of the camera. Malina is so beautiful, and full of life.

Jessica and I have become good friends and I just love visiting with her. Its always hard for me to not just sit and chat with her the whole time... I am so sorry these have taken me so long to get on here. I am working on getting caught up... and I am getting there. Slowly but surely. Enjoy!

The Carter Grandkids

What a fun gift for grandparents. I love the idea! And this family was more than easy... not your typical "Grandkids" pictures. The pictures went perfectly. It was cold but they were troopers and Iove how they turned out!

The Bair family

This is my Sister-in-law's beautiful family. They have done some major favors for us over the years (like John doing all the electrical in our entire house!) and I was so happy when they finally let me return the favor.... partially! I hope there will be lots more photo shoots to come! They were so photogenic and so cooperative! I am totally loving the pictures of Monica and John together. Just perfect! And Katie.... seriously.... so beautiful! Taking these pictures made me feel really old! Monica was pregnant with emma when Scott and I met... insane! Love you guys!

Amy and Rob Bridals

What a beautiful place to take pictures. Especially in November. Seriously I think that in St. George they still think its fall. And while it was a bit chilly to everyone else, I was loving life! Amy looked gorgeous, Rob looked so happy. I have known Rob since I was like 8 and this is the happiest I have seen him. They make an adorable couple! I can't wait to do their wedding.

Benjamin and Katie

So cute. I love these shoots, but they are probably the hardest ones to get good pictures. Katie was so good with the baby, for a second, and then she was on to the next thing. And little benjamin was half asleep and half awake the whole time. With that being said, he was adorable, had great skin and really didn't cry to much . So around here we call that a success!

The Michaelson Family

What an adorable little family. This shoot was cold and windy...turns out Lauren isn't too fond of the cold and wind. You would never guess that she really wasn't too happy most of this shoot. There was a lot of crying, and a lot of chewing... but what I got was perfection.... That picture of her on the train tracks is my all time favorite picture ever.... that is a big deal!

the smith family

This family woke up very early to be at this shoot. We met at 7:30 am and it was still bright outside! But we made it work and the results are great! As I was working on these it occurred to me that when in comes to photoshop DeDe can run circles around me... I hope I did a good enough job! Such a neat and fun family! Hope you like them!

Jen and Bryant....bridals/preshoot

So they are getting married at the end of December. In Utah..... I am sooooo glad that Jen decided she wanted pictures of her and Bryant together before their actual wedding day. That way if the weather is crummy we have lots of good pictures already. We have sooo many great shots! I have a list of what I need to get day of, but we are pretty much covered no matter what the weather is so that is great news! Aren't these two gorgeous?

Allen, Whitney and Baby Riley

The Bennett Family... so wierd. And sooo cute! It seriously didn't hit me until the other day, when I was in the car on the way to this shoot with my brother, his wife, and his baby for the first time (historically I refused to drive with Allen, but since he had a baby I have reconsidered) that it finally hit me that my brother is married.... and has a baby. So strange! These pictures are among some of my favorites ever! Riley just has such fun expressions and he did so well. I LOVE how they turned out so much!
PS Yes I am aware that I posted 31 pictures of them... I couldn't stop... and they are family ;)
PSS I am also aware that it is sunday.. but again, this is fun family stuff, not work!

The Williamson Family

The best part of my job is that I feel like I have so many friends because I just love all my clients so much! Lynsey is such a sweetheart and I could seriously talk to her all day! We have really become such good friends.... Now if only I could get all of you to hang out with me more than once a year! Just kidding!

Are they not such a beautiful family! I love the colors they chose. It was so different from the norm and so striking. Kaia is seriously so adorable and has such a fun personality! I just love the songs her parents were singing too her.... not your typical nursery rhymes but tooo cute! I have too many great pictures from this shoot but here is a taste!

With that being said, I did take a break this afternoon and work on some pictures that my sister took of our little family.... I LOVE them! And no She is not a photographer so you can't ditch me to have her take your pictures!

The Noot family

Its dutch, and pronounced "note".... bet you didn't know I am dutch... half anyway. Dr. Noot is my dentist, he is my mom's cousin, and he is my hero! Seriously that is what it felt like as he drilled into my mouth the other day.... I was in so much pain, and he made it go away! Good thing too, because I did these pictures just two days later. I do know what I would have done...

I love these pictures! I Love the colors and you would never guess by looking at them that is was raining..... Really hard! Umbrella rain, the type that makes my hair all frizzy. But they were troopers and toughed it out. And it paid off!
